The message displayed on the app tells you it cannot connect by Bluetooth to the bike or loads indefinitely?
Close the app, deactivate Bluetooth and mobile data and then reactivate it (you can also restart your phone). Then relaunch the app and try to connect again

You are currently in a prohibited area, it is not allowed to end your trip there. Please follow the route displayed by the app to return to an authorized zone and drop off your bike.
