- at the end of your trip: please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on +45 80 20 30 40 or by email at bike@kinto.nu
As long as you do not finish your trip, the bike remains connected to your account and you will be billed.
If the customer support is closed, follow the instructions in this article to force the end of your trip.
